Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced L2/L3 Production Support Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Linux, Shell/Automation Scripting, SQL, Observability, and Scheduling processes.

The role involves supporting production applications, troubleshooting issues, automating repetitive activities, and improving operational efficiency through TOIL reduction.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong experience in L2/L3 Production/Application Support.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Linux/Unix.
• Strong SQL skills – ability to troubleshoot and analyze production issues using SQL queries.
• Experience with Shell scripting or other automation scripting languages.
• Knowledge of Application/Production Observability and monitoring.
• Experience in TOIL reduction through automation and process improvements.
• Good understanding of job scheduling and scheduling processes.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident-resolution skills.
• Experience working in a production support environment.

Good to Have

• Banking / Financial Services domain knowledge.
• Experience working with critical production applications.
• Knowledge of automation and monitoring tools.

We are specifically looking for candidates with strong Application/Production L2/L3 Support experience, along with Linux, SQL, scripting, observability, and scheduling skills.

Shift Timings

The role involves 3 shifts:

• Early Morning Shift: Hybrid
• General Shift: Hybrid
• Night Shift: Work From Home

Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts.
