Site Reliability Engineer

Role & responsibilities

Job Description:

• Design, deploy, and manage scalable infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Implement Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices for availability, scalability, and performance.
• Manage GCP services such as GKE, Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, Pub/Sub, Cloud Load Balancing.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, Cloud Build, or similar tools.
• Strong experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform/IaC.
• Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident management using Cloud Monitoring, Cloud Logging, and related tools.
• Automate infrastructure and operational tasks using Python/Bash scripting.
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve system reliability and performance.
• Work with development and DevOps teams on deployment, automation, and cloud migration.
