Roles Responsibilities
- Monitor application and infrastructure health using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Splunk, Dynatrace, New Relic.
- Manage incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis (RCA).
- Improve system reliability, availability, and performance.
- Automate operational tasks using Python, Shell Scripting, Go, PowerShell.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps.
- Support cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Define and monitor SLI, SLO, and SLA metrics.
- Perform capacity planning and performance tuning.
- Ensure system security, backup, disaster recovery, and compliance.
- Develop self-healing and auto-remediation solutions.
- Collaborate with development teams to improve application stability.
