Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) & Python | Production Support

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with strong expertise in Python-based automation, production support, incident management, and cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will have experience managing large-scale, high-availability production environments and driving operational excellence through automation and AI-driven solutions.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience supporting large-scale production systems in high-availability environments.
• Strong programming/scripting skills in Python (mandatory).
• Experience with Python Flask, Pandas, AWS Botocore, SQL, PostgreSQL/Postgres, and Power BI.
• Automation development using Python, AI/ML, and GenAI technologies.
• Knowledge of Google SRE principles and reliability engineering practices.
• Expertise in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and real-time issue resolution.
• Strong stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with monitoring, observability, and operational excellence.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Banking, Payments, FinTech, Financial Services, or regulated environments.
• Hands-on experience with Splunk Observability, AppDynamics, or similar monitoring tools.
• Exposure to AI/ML or GenAI-enabled operations, anomaly detection, alert correlation, AI-assisted incident response, and automated remediation.
• Experience with Google Analytics.
• Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, Bash, or PowerShell is an advantage.
