Site QS Engineer - Civil

• The Site Engineer QS & Billing will be responsible for quantity surveying, measurement, billing, and cost control activities at the project site.
• The role involves preparing client bills, subcontractor bills, quantity take-offs, and monitoring project costs to ensure timely billing and financial control of industrial construction projects such as warehouses, factories, and utility buildings.

Key Responsibilities

• Quantity Surveying
• Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings and site measurements.
• Verify quantities executed at site for civil and structural works.
• Maintain measurement sheets and BOQ reconciliation.
• Track variation quantities and extra items.
• Client Billing
• Prepare Running Account (RA) bills for submission to clients.
• Coordinate with consultants/client representatives for bill verification and certification.
• Maintain billing registers and documentation.
• Follow up for bill certification and payments.
• Subcontractor Billing
• Verify subcontractor measurements and bills.
• Prepare and process subcontractor RA bills and final bills.
• Ensure bills are in line with work order terms and executed quantities.
