Site Project Engineer Luxury Villa Construction

Job Purpose:

To execute, supervise, and monitor all civil, finishing, interior, and MEP site activities of a villa project, ensuring quality workmanship, safety compliance, schedule adherence, and seamless coordination with consultants, contractors, and vendors.

Key Resposiblities :

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities including
• Ensure compliance with IS codes, approved drawings, specifications, and mock-ups
• Coordinate with MEP engineers and contractors for:

Electrical conduits, wiring, panels, and fixtures

Plumbing, drainage, and sanitary installations

HVAC / low-voltage systems (if applicable)

• Coordination & Communication with Architects, structural consultants, Interior designers, MEP consultants and Client / PMC representatives.
• Planning, Scheduling and preparing weekly, and look-ahead schedules and proposals.
• Ensure strict adherence to site safety norms, PPE usage and statutory and local authority compliance.
• Maintain QA/QC records, cube reports, inspection checklists, snag lists and daily progress report.
• Manage and supervise civil, finishing, interior, and MEP contractors — overseeing manpower deployment, productivity, workmanship, safety, measurement records, RA bill certification, and wastage control.
• Manage on-site materials by ensuring compliance with approved makes, brands, and samples, inspecting incoming consignments, maintaining reconciliation and consumption records, and ensuring proper storage and protection of finishing materials.
• Supervise interior and finishing works — plastering, putty, primer and painting, flooring and wall finishes, waterproofing, false ceilings, and carpentry/joinery — ensuring quality, sequencing, and timely completion.

Experience: 2–4 years

Education Qualification -B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
