Role Summary:
Support engineering and project teams by developing, managing, and monitoring project schedules. Ensure project execution aligns with organizational objectives and timelines. Collaborate across functions to optimize scheduling and reporting for EPCM projects.
What Youll Do:
- Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules using MS Project and Primavera P6
- Integrate multiple project schedules into a comprehensive master schedule
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to define requirements and deadlines
- Track project progress, identify deviations, and recommend corrective actions
- Prepare schedule status reports and dashboards for management and stakeholders
- Conduct risk analysis related to project schedules
- Support ad-hoc scheduling and planning requests
- Facilitate planning sessions and schedule review meetings
- Provide guidance on scheduling methodologies and tools
- Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams for schedule inputs and communication
- Recommend and implement process improvements for scheduling and reporting
- Maintain detailed documentation of scheduling procedures and methodologies
What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):
- Extensive background in the EPCM industry
- Expertise in project scheduling using MS Project and Primavera
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel
Good to Have (Optional - only if mentioned):
- Professional certification in project management or planning (e.g., PMP, PMI-SP)
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in engineering, project management, or a related field
