Job Title: Assistant Manager Operation Solar O&M

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Manager of Operations for our Solar O&M department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solar operations and maintenance, with a proven track record of managing and optimizing solar projects. As the Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our solar facilities, ensuring that they are running efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the operations and maintenance activities of solar projects
• Implement and maintain best practices for solar O&M
• Monitor and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in solar operations and maintenance
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Work Experience
