Site Manager

Job description:

• Manage and monitor day-to-day fire and safety activities at the thermal power plant construction site.
• Supervise implementation of the project HSE plan, fire-safety procedures and statutory requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits and fire-risk assessments and ensure closure of observations.
• Monitor contractor compliance with PTW, hot-work, work-at-height, confined-space and other critical safety requirements.
• Ensure availability and readiness of firefighting equipment, fire-water systems, emergency exits and evacuation facilities.
• Coordinate toolbox talks, safety training, emergency drills and fire-fighting exercises.
• Monitor incidents, near misses and unsafe conditions and ensure corrective/preventive actions are implemented.
• Coordinate with EPC contractor, PMC engineers and site management on safety-related issues.

Hiring Locations : We are hiring for multiple project locations across India. The positions will be based at the respective project sites listed below:

1. Pirpainti, Bhagalpur, Bihar - Pirpainti TPP (3 × 800 MW)
2. Anuppur, Madhya Pradesh - Anuppur TPP (3 × 800 MW)
3. Korba, Chhattisgarh - Korba Phase III TPP (2 × 800 MW)
4. Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh - Mirzapur TPP (2 × 800 MW)
5. Baran, Rajasthan - Kawai Phase II (2 × 800 MW)
6. Salkocha, Dhubri, Assam - Assam TPP (4 × 800 MW)
7. Raipur, Chhattisgarh - Raipur Phase III (2 × 800 MW)
8. Raigarh, Chhattisgarh - Raigarh Phase III (2 × 800 MW)
