Role & responsibilities

• Site Maintenance & Engineering Head
• Lead engineering, maintenance & utility operations across the plant
• Plan and execute capital projects (CapEx), expansion & modifications
• Ensure plant reliability, uptime & cost optimization
• Drive process improvements, energy efficiency & automation initiatives
• Implement preventive & predictive maintenance systems
• Ensure compliance with EHS, statutory & regulatory standards
• Manage budgeting, vendor development & contractor management
• Collaborate with Production, QA, Safety & Projects teams
• Lead, mentor & develop engineering team
