Site Lead

We are seeking a polished, technology-savvy Security Supervisor to lead security operations at a corporate technology site. This is a highly visible, customer-facing role supporting client staff, visitors, and executives while directing daily post operations and officer performance. Responsibilities include: 

• Trains and onboards security officers on post orders, standard operating procedures, and site security systems
• Owns officer scheduling and shift coverage; coordinates with the security vendor's branch office on fill-ins, call-outs, and time off
• Performs quality control on the post: reviews shift passdown logs, audits temporary badge and key logs, tests security devices and visitor management equipment, and runs periodic access compliance checks
• Ensures officers are executing post orders correctly and reinforces badge and visitor compliance with on-site personnel
• Compiles incident reports and site security metrics for the site's security manager
• Maintains site documentation, including post orders, site-specific procedures, and the vendor and contractor access schedule
• Leads security coverage for on-site events
• Coordinates equipment and supply needs for the security post.
