Job Title: Site Lead

We have an exciting opportunity that aligns with your expertise. We are currently hiring for a Site Supervisor role, and based on your profile, we believe you could be a great fit. Below are the key responsibilities of the role:

Role & Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of allocated sites while ensuring quality standards.
Ensure operations are executed within the allocated timeframe.
Complete all site-related administrative activities on time.
Monitor and verify log sheets with client approvals and submit them to relevant stakeholders.
Ensure all mandatory documents related to crane, manpower, trailers, and assets are available and submitted on time.
Acknowledge and confirm receipt of material at the site.
¢ Fulfill all requirements for loading and unloading of crane parts, including support cranes, space for assembly, and compaction.
¢ Ensure accurate and timely submission of invoicing documents to the client and follow up on invoice booking in their finance system.
¢ Maintain onsite employee attendance records and submit them for salary and overtime processing.
¢ Manage crane crew leave applications and coordinate with HR.
¢ Ensure high customer satisfaction at the site.
¢ Prepare reports for site attendance, manpower movement, equipment activities, breakdowns, running hours, and monthly attendance.
¢ Submit site budget abstracts, maintenance spare reconciliations, inventory reports, and log sheet abstracts to the head office.
¢ Follow up with the billing department for timely submission of monthly billing and compliance at the site.
