Site Lead (JathT, MH)

Job Summary

• A proven individual with experience in leading the Operation & Maintenance Services of a wind farm with a minimum 50 MW capacity.
• Proven leadership, problem-solving approach, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in DFIG technology wind turbine s O&M preferably on Siemens Gamesa (SGRE).

Responsibilities

• To lead routine O&M activities.
• Ensure on time booking of service orders and materials in ERP.
• Release of site performance report on monthly basis.
• Achieve committed productivity and machine availability targets.
• Keep documents as per ISO requirements.
• Periodic Interaction and communication with customer including Reporting.
• Ensure good HSE practices within wind farm site.
• Ensure spares stocks in stores for preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Ensure availability of PPEs and tools for proper execution of PM and BM activities.
• Ensure real time monitoring of wind farm via SCADA.
• Facilitate customer audits and visits to wind farm sites.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma from renowned university / college in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Power Electronics Engineering.
• 10 years / max 15 years of operational experience in a large size industry involved in operations of Wind turbines preferably with OEM / IPP.

Working conditions

The work location is at Jath, Sangli, Maharashtra.

• Reduce the overall cost of O&M under contract, spares and services.
• Constant monitoring of the sites and taking preventive measures to avoid loss of spares or equipment.
• Energy auditing & reduction of Power Loss through constant monitoring and review
