Site Inspector - Quality

Role & responsibilities

• Supervise visual inspection of wind turbine components.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements.
• Stop work and escalate issues when non-compliance or safety violations occur.
• Coordinate with Nordex representatives and local authorities.
• Support deployment and ramp-up activities across multiple countries.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and quality compliance.
• Attend approximately one week of Nordex-provided training.
• Make independent on-site decisions when immediate guidance is unavailable.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong understanding of port operations and stakeholder management.
• Experience working with international and multicultural teams.
• Good English communication skills.
• At least 1 year in port operations/environment
• Wind turbine, logistics, heavy lift, marine, port, or industrial inspection experience.
• Knowledge of quality inspections and safety standards.
• Ability to travel anytime and any where .
• Independent decision-making capability in field environments.
• Strong reporting, communication, and compliance management skills.
