Job Description

A Water Treatment Site Incharge is responsible for the overall management, operation, and maintenance of a water treatment facility. The role ensures the delivery of safe, high-quality water by supervising daily operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing staff, and maintaining accurate records. The position demands leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily plant operations including treatment processes and equipment usage.

Monitor and ensure water quality meets all regulatory standards through testing and analysis.

Train, supervise, and support plant operators, enforcing safety and operational procedures.

Coordinate and oversee preventive maintenance and equipment repairs.
