Site Incharge

HAL Industries is looking for an experienced Site Incharge to supervise and manage project site activities, with preference given to candidates having experience in structural steel erection.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site operations and erection activities.
• Manage structural steel erection work as per project specifications and timelines.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, workers, and project teams.
• Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and site productivity.
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards.
• Track project progress and report site updates to management.
• Resolve day-to-day site issues and ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain site records, reports, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.

Candidate Profile:

• 4-10 years of relevant site management experience.
• Candidate should have site experience of Cement plant / Steel plant / Power plant.
• Candidates from Gurgaon location are given preference.
• Experience in structural steel erection will be preferred.
• Strong knowledge of site operations and erection activities.
• Good manpower and team management skills.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for site execution.
• Willingness to be stationed at project sites.
