Role & responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily site operations and activities.
• Handle manpower, attendance, and shift deployment.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with clients and resolve site-related issues.
• Monitor equipment, maintenance, and material requirements.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly site reports.
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and on time.
