Site In-Charge - Coal Testing

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise day-to-day operations at the coal testing site.
• Plan and manage manpower deployment as per site requirements.
• Oversee laboratory activities and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
• Coordinate with the client for smooth execution of testing and site activities.
• Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
• Prepare and submit regular reports to the client and management.
• Ensure proper documentation and records related to site and laboratory activities.
• Address operational issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
• Ensure compliance with applicable quality, safety, and client requirements.
• Perform other job-related activities as assigned.

Essential Qualification & Experience

• Qualification: B.Tech./B.E. in any discipline or MBA.
• Experience: Relevant experience in coal testing / coal laboratory operations site is mandatory.
• Strong manpower management, client coordination, reporting, and site management skills.
• Willingness to work at the client site in Dhanbad.
