Site HSE Head

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations at the manufacturing site.
• Develop and implement effective HSE policies, procedures, and programs to minimize risks and prevent accidents.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement in industrial safety practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop emergency response plans and conduct training sessions.

Job Requirements :

• 12-20 years of experience in EHS (Environment Health Safety) or related field.
• Strong knowledge of fire safety, industrial safety, HSE management systems.
• Proven track record of implementing successful HSE initiatives in an automotive industry setting.
