Key Responsibilities:

• Manage HR policies, statutory compliance & labour laws.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions & engagement.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding & manpower planning for permanent/contract employees.
• Drive PMS, training, talent development & career initiatives.
• Manage attendance, payroll inputs, benefits & HR records.
• Coordinate with EHS on safety, compliance & accident-related matters.
• Prepare HR reports, MIS & statutory submissions.

• Experience in manufacturing/factory HR operations.
• Hands-on experience in PMS, L&D, talent management & employee relations.
• Proficiency in HRIS & MS Excel.
