Job Summary

Responsible for overall Site Operations & Maintenance (O&M) of the Cast House Plant, with primary focus on Safety, Equipment Reliability, Productivity, Cost Control and Continuous Improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall Operations & Maintenance activities at site.
• Ensure safe, reliable and efficient plant operations.
• Plan and monitor Preventive & Predictive Maintenance activities.
• Drive plant performance through KPI monitoring and improvement initiatives.
• Ensure HSE compliance and promote a strong safety culture.
• Monitor equipment availability, downtime and maintenance effectiveness.
• Lead RCA, CAPA and Asset Optimisation initiatives.
• Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Quality and Client teams.
• Manage manpower, resources and site-level operational requirements.
• Review reports, identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
• Lead the team and ensure achievement of overall O&M KPIs.

Candidate Profile

• 15–20 years of relevant experience in Aluminium / Cast House / Process Industry O&M.
• Proven experience in site/team leadership and plant operations.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance, equipment reliability and process improvement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage critical situations and deliver operational targets.
