Site Head - Sales - 2 positions (Residential & Commercial)

Location: Residential (Bandra location) and Commercial (Mazgaon location)

Role Overview:

Lead end-to-end sales operations for the project, owning revenue targets, team performance, channel partner productivity and high-value client closures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own overall project sales strategy, revenue, booking targets, price realisation and inventory movement.

- Lead and manage closing managers, sourcing managers and channel partner networks.

- Drive sales to HNI/UHNI clients, investors and affluent buyers.

- Develop sales plans, pricing strategies and deal-closure approaches in coordination with senior management.

- Build strong relationships with key brokers, channel partners and high-value clients.

- Monitor sales pipelines, site visits, conversion ratios, booking values and team productivity.

- Review performance against monthly and quarterly targets and implement corrective actions.

- Coordinate with marketing, CRM, legal, finance and project teams for smooth transaction execution.

- Ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.

- Provide regular sales forecasts, market intelligence and performance reports to leadership.

- Track record of achieving project-level revenue and booking targets.

- Experience managing sales teams, channel partners and high-value negotiations.

- Strong understanding of Mumbai's premium market

- Excellent leadership, commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Background: Experience with reputed developers, premium high-rise projects and high-ticket property sales.

Sales leaders who have independently managed project sales, led sizable teams and delivered measurable revenue.
