Site Head -Mandate

We are looking for an experienced Site Head / Team Lead with strong experience in handling Mandate Projects across Western Mumbai / Thane locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end site operations and achieve project P&L and revenue targets.
• Lead and manage teams of Sourcing Managers and Closing Managers.
• Drive lead generation, sourcing, site visits, conversions, and closures.
• Handle day-to-day site management and sales operations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and channel partners.
• Monitor team performance, set targets, and ensure achievement of business objectives.
• Conduct regular reviews and implement strategies to improve sales and profitability.

Experience: Proven experience in Mandate/Real Estate Projects, team handling, P&L management, and client management, preferably in Western Mumbai or Thane.
