Site Head Agro Formulation

Role Summary:

Lead end-to-end operations of an agrochemical formulation plant, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant production while meeting business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee production, maintenance, and dispatch operations
• Ensure EHS, regulatory, and quality compliance
• Achieve production targets with optimal cost and efficiency
• Lead and develop plant teams
• Drive continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma)
• Manage budgets and control operational costs

Key Requirements: experience in Agrochemical Formulations manufacturing (EC, SC, SL, EW, CS, WG/WDG, WP, SG, GR, FS, WS, etc.) • Expertise in process development, scale-up, troubleshooting, technology transfer, and regulatory compliance • Proven leadership experience managing large-scale manufacturing operations • Candidates from Agrochemicals, Crop Protection, Specialty Chemicals, Chemical Manufacturing, or FMCG (with strong automated manufacturing & packaging experience) are welcome
