Site Fabrication Engineer

Qualification & Experience

1. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 7 years post qualification Building experience.

2. Degree in Mechanical/Civil Engineering with minimum 4 years' post qualification Building experience.

Role & responsibilities

1. Executed and supervised fabrication and erection of PEB, structural steel buildings, concourses, and FOB structures.

2. Monitored fabrication activities as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

3. Supervised erection of columns, rafters, bracings, purlins, girts, and other structural steel members.

4. Ensured proper alignment, leveling, bolt tightening, and structural quality during installation.

5. Coordinated with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors for smooth project execution.

6. Planned manpower, materials, equipment, and site resources to meet project schedules.

7. Conducted site inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with engineering standards.

8. Resolved fabrication and erection issues to maintain progress and quality.

9. Prepared daily progress reports (DPR), material records, and billing measurements.

10. Ensured compliance with EHS requirements and maintained safe working practices at site.
