Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage site execution, ensuring timely completion of projects within budget and quality standards.
• Oversee civil project management activities, including planning, coordination, and monitoring.
• Provide technical guidance to team members on construction methods, materials, and safety protocols.
• Ensure effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and other teams involved in the project.
• Identify potential issues early on and implement corrective actions to minimize delays or cost overruns.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-7 years of experience in IT infrastructure setup & maintenance projects (Data Center Operations).
• B.Tech degree from a reputed institution (preferably CSE/IT background).
• Strong understanding of server installation, configuration, troubleshooting; familiarity with HVAC systems preferred.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
