Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure and commission StremeTech software and AV/IT solutions.
• Configure Windows PCs, Android players, displays, video walls and network devices.
• Perform software installation, licensing, updates, testing and customer handover.
• Troubleshoot software, hardware, network, HDMI/DisplayPort, EDID, resolution and connectivity issues.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support.
• Conduct product demonstrations and customer training.
• Prepare installation, commissioning, service and issue reports.
• Support preventive maintenance, AMC visits, upgrades and system migrations.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in any of the following may apply:

• Desktop or IT Support
• Field Engineering
• Network Support
• Software Implementation
• Software Test Engineer
• AV System Integration
• Digital Signage or Video Walls
• Technical Customer Support

Basic knowledge of SQL, Linux, PowerShell, Android devices, LED walls, Microsoft 365, AV-over-IP or IP cameras will be an added advantage.
