Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee site execution, ensuring timely completion of projects within budget and quality standards.
  
• Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for civil engineering projects and manage project costs effectively.
  
• Manage labor control, including planning, coordination, and supervision of construction activities on-site.
  
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve issues related to site management.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment throughout the project lifecycle.
