Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and responsible Civil Site Engineer to manage day-to-day construction activities at residential building projects. The candidate should have good technical knowledge, site supervision skills, and the ability to ensure quality construction within the planned schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities at residential building sites.
- Monitor foundation, RCC work, brick/block masonry, plastering, flooring, and finishing work.
- Ensure construction is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and labour teams.
- Check material quality, usage, and availability at the site.
- Monitor work progress and ensure timely project completion.
- Maintain daily site reports, labour attendance, and material records.
- Coordinate with architects, structural designers, and the project manager.
- Ensure safety standards and proper housekeeping at the construction site.
- Identify site issues and report technical problems to the concerned team.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 1–3 years of experience in residential building construction.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD drawings, RCC work, and construction materials.
- Ability to read and understand structural and architectural drawings.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to construction sites as required.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of residential house construction from foundation to finishing.
- Basic knowledge of quantity estimation and material calculations.
- Experience in contractor and labour management.
- Knowledge of construction quality control and site documentation.
