Site Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  
• Manage labor resources, including planning, scheduling, and supervising construction activities.
  
• Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for projects and control costs through effective resource allocation.
  
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-5 years of experience in civil engineering or related field.
  
• Diploma or B.Tech / B.E. degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
  
• Strong knowledge of building construction processes, site management principles, and labor control techniques.
  
• Proficiency in preparing BOQs and controlling costs; ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
