Site Engineer

Shubh Engi-Tech is looking for a Site Engineer to execute government civil works for the Forest Department, Kharland Department (WRD), PWD and Maharashtra Maritime Board across Raigad district. You will run sites independently, from layout to handover, working directly with the founder.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute building, road, compound wall and khar land bund works as per approved drawings and PWD specifications

- Carry out layout, levels and setting out; check reinforcement, shuttering and concrete before every pour

- Plan daily work for labour, materials and subcontractors to meet the work programme

- Record site measurements and help prepare Measurement Book (MB) entries and RA bills

- Coordinate with department engineers for inspections, joint measurements and approvals

- Maintain site records: daily progress report, material register, test reports and photographs

- Ensure quality, material testing and safety on site

Requirements:

- BE / B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering with 1 to 4 years of site experience

- Experience on building or government (PWD / ZP / irrigation) works preferred

- Good understanding of drawings, quantities and IS codes

- Working knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD

- Willing to travel to sites in Uran, Panvel, Alibag, Murud, Roha and nearby areas

- Own two-wheeler with valid licence preferred

- Marathi, Hindi and English
