Job description

• Inspect and monitor construction activities.
• Inspect and verify the quality of construction materials.
• Prepare and maintain inspection report.
• Coordinate with project managers.
• Execution of residential Tower projects.
• Design processes/methods and ability to contribute to the design of the project.
• Technical skills in materials/methods for all engineering, architectural, and construction areas.
• Review project works, quantities, costs, accuracy of specification, completeness.
• E-Billing Construction,
• Quantity Surveying.
• Quantity Estimation.
• BOQ Preparation.
