Site Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Supervise and execute finishing works as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Manage plastering, tiling, flooring, painting, waterproofing, false ceiling, and other finishing activities.
• Read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings for proper execution.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and timely project completion.
• Prepare daily progress reports, measurement sheets, and material consumption records.
• Plan and manage manpower and material requirements.
• Verify contractor bills as per actual work progress and BOQ.
• Maintain site documentation, inspection reports, and snag lists.
• Supervise site staff and report progress and issues to the Project Manager.
