Site Engineer

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a competent and result-oriented Civil Site Engineer with 1 to 3 years of experience in building construction. The candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day site activities, coordinating with contractors and labour teams, monitoring construction quality and ensuring that work progresses according to approved drawings, specifications and schedules.

Preferred candidate profile

• Supervise daily construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure execution of civil works as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor RCC work, reinforcement, shuttering, masonry, plastering, waterproofing and finishing activities.
• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Check measurements, quantities and material requirements at the site.
• Maintain daily progress reports, site records and work documentation.
• Monitor workmanship, quality standards and compliance with site safety requirements.
• Identify and resolve site-related technical issues in coordination with the project team.
• Assist in planning work schedules and monitoring project timelines.
• Ensure efficient use of materials and minimise wastage.
