Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure site execution according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
  
• Manage civil construction activities on-site, including material procurement and labor management.
  
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
  
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, meetings, and correspondence.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-7 years of experience in site engineering or supervision in the building materials industry.
  
• Diploma or B.Tech / B.E. degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with stakeholders.
