About this role
Required
- 3 to 5 years of site-level experience in residential construction specifically villa and/or apartment projects
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting civil, structural, and architectural drawings
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD; familiarity with MS Project or Primavera is an advantage
- Hands-on experience with concrete, masonry, finishes, and MEP interface coordination
- Strong understanding of IS codes, construction standards, and material specifications
- Ability to manage multiple work fronts simultaneously and maintain timelines
Good to Have
- Exposure to luxury residential or premium villa development projects
- Familiarity with construction ERP tools or project management software
- Basic understanding of BOQ preparation and measurement
- Experience in coordinating with PMC (Project Management Consultants) or third-party inspection agencies
