Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor daily civil construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, supervisors, and project managers.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
• Check measurements, material consumption, and workmanship at the site.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company procedures.
• Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.
• Coordinate material requirements and ensure the availability of construction materials.
• Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Support quality inspections and rectify deviations or defects identified during inspections.
• Maintain discipline and ensure safe working practices at the project site.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of civil construction and site execution.
• Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and technical specifications.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
• Manpower and contractor management skills.
• Knowledge of quantity estimation and measurement.
• Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
• Knowledge of site safety practices and construction procedures.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 36 years of relevant experience in civil construction or infrastructure projects.
• Experience in site execution, supervision, and project coordination.
• Willingness to work at project locations as required.
