Site Engineer

We are looking for a Site Supervisor with a degree in Civil Engineering and a minimum of 10 years of relevant construction experience. The candidate must be present at the site full-time to supervise construction activities and ensure quality execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily construction work and ensure execution follows approved drawings and specifications.

• Inspect the quality of materials delivered to and used at the site, ensuring they meet approved standards.

• Check workmanship at every stage and promptly report defects, deviations, or substandard materials.

• Meet and coordinate with architects to understand their drawings and requirements, obtain clarifications, and ensure these are correctly implemented on-site.

• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, suppliers, and other vendors regarding work requirements, material deliveries, quality, and timelines.

• Maintain daily records of site progress, material inspections, and issues requiring attention.

• Monitor site safety and housekeeping.

Candidate Requirements

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in civil construction and site supervision.

• Strong knowledge of construction materials, quality checks, and execution methods.

• Ability to read architectural and structural drawings and manage day-to-day site activities.
