About the Role

We are looking for dedicated Site Engineers for our major infrastructure and construction projects in the MMR region (Sewri and Versova projects).

Key Responsibilities

• Site Execution & Management: Manage day-to-day site execution, civil/structural workflows, and progress tracking from initial foundation through to finishing stages.
• Technical Adherence: Ensure strict adherence to structural drawings, technical specifications, safety guidelines, and quality benchmarks.
• Coordination & Problem Solving: Coordinate seamlessly with contractors, supervisors, and central planning teams to resolve on-site engineering challenges, track output, and monitor material usage.
• Progress Reporting: Maintain daily progress reports, monitor labor productivity, and ensure project milestones are successfully met on site.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong structural drawing interpretation skills.
• Thorough knowledge of site safety standards and construction protocols.
• Proficiency in tracking execution metrics, material consumption, and contractor outputs.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team coordination abilities.
