Job Summary:

Hi-Tech Supports and Hangers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and dynamic Site Engineer

for our Hyderabad project location. The candidate will be responsible for supervising and

managing day-to-day site activities, ensuring smooth project execution, maintaining quality

standards, coordinating with internal teams, contractors, and clients, and ensuring timely

completion of work as per project requirements.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily on-site execution activities.
• Ensure project work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety

standards.

• Coordinate with the Head Office (HQ), vendors, contractors, and project teams for smooth

project execution.

• Monitor site progress and submit daily/weekly progress reports to management.
• Ensure timely material planning, receipt, and GRN (Goods Receipt Note) generation.
• Verify material quantity and quality received at the site.
• Coordinate for timely material delivery as per project schedule.
• Supervise installation activities and ensure proper implementation methodology is followed.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure quality workmanship.
• Maintain proper documentation related to site activities, work progress, material

consumption, and site records.

• Ensure client bills and vendor bills are processed and raised in a timely manner.
• Resolve site-related technical issues and coordinate with concerned departments for quick

solutions.

• Ensure compliance with all safety guidelines and company procedures at the site.
• Manage manpower deployment and monitor productivity at the site.
• Attend client meetings, site review meetings, and internal coordination meetings whenever

required.

• Support project completion activities and handover documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Diploma/Bachelors Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
• Prior experience in site execution, project coordination, or industrial project handling

preferred.

• Experience in construction/project installation activities will be an added advantage.
• Willingness to relocate and work at the Hyderabad project site.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple site activities simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, and project documentation preferred.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing project requirements and site conditions.
