Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities and manage labour deployment
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications
• Conduct quality checks and material testing at site
• Maintain daily site records, measurement books, and progress reports
• Coordinate with surveyors, lab technicians, and equipment operators
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental guidelines

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• 2-4 years of experience in road or highway construction
• Knowledge of MORTH specifications and quality control procedures
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Willingness to work at remote project sites

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with bituminous or concrete pavement construction
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar tools
