Site Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure site execution according to approved drawings and specifications.
  
• Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
  
• Manage labor resources, including planning, organizing, and supervising workers on-site.
  
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects.
  
• Maintain accurate records of project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-7 years of experience in civil engineering or related field (building construction).
  
• Diploma or B.Tech / B.E. degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
  
• Strong understanding of building construction processes, including site management, planning, execution, and quality control.
