Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee site engineering activities, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications.
  
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical problems and optimize construction processes.
  
• Develop and maintain accurate records of project progress, including schedules, budgets, and quality control metrics.
  
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company policies.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-7 years of experience in civil engineering or related field (site supervision/engineering).
  
• Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Civil from a recognized institution.
  
• Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word) for documentation purposes.
