Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Post-Tensioning Structure Site Engineer (Fresher) to join our site team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent engineering graduates to begin their careers in the specialized field of post-tensioned concrete structures.

The selected candidate will assist in supervising and executing post-tensioning works under the guidance of senior engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing the installation of post-tensioning tendons and anchorage systems on site.
• Support senior engineers in interpreting structural and post-tensioning drawings.
• Monitor daily activities and ensure work is executed as per approved plans and specifications.
• Learn and assist in stressing and grouting operations under supervision.
• Maintain accurate site records and reports on post-tensioning works.
• Ensure basic site safety practices are followed by workers and contractors.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for material deliveries and installations.
• Participate in site meetings and technical briefings to gain knowledge and hands-on experience.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering (recent graduate or final-year student).
• Basic understanding of concrete structures and construction methods.
• Eagerness to learn post-tensioning systems and related construction techniques.
• Ability to read basic construction drawings and technical documents.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork.
• Willingness to work on construction sites and adapt to field conditions.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and basic structural software is a plus.

Training and Development:

• On-the-job training in post-tensioning systems and processes (stressing, grouting, anchoring).
• Mentorship by experienced site and structural engineers.
