About this role
Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret structural and architectural drawings; translate them into clear execution instructions for contractors and labour on site.
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and estimate material requirements from drawings.
- Take physical site measurements and prepare bills accordingly (measurement books / abstract).
- Conduct quality checks on ongoing work and submit regular site and QC reports.
- Coordinate day-to-day between site labour, contractors, and the office.
- Maintain documentation and communicate through email, MS Word, and Excel.
