Site Engineer

Experience: 3 - 6 Years

Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute day-to-day construction activities at site.
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings for accurate execution.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and labour teams.
• Monitor project progress and support timely completion of milestones.
• Conduct quality checks at various stages of construction.
• Ensure compliance with safety norms and site safety practices.
• Prepare and maintain daily progress reports (DPRs) and site documentation.
• Check measurements, quantities, and material consumption.
• Support billing, BOQ verification, and contractor payments.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and consultants.
• Identify site issues and provide technical solutions.
• Ensure work is executed with good construction practices.
• Maintain all records of work executed and checked such as checklists and pour cards.
• Conduct post-concrete inspections, material reconciliation, bills, and debit notes.
• Ensure proper material storage and usage at site.

Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 3-6 years of experience.
• Must be a B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Must have experience working in the real estate sector.
