Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily residential construction activities at site.
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings, quality standards, and safety norms.
• Coordinate with contractors, labour, and material suppliers.
• Monitor site progress and prepare daily work reports with photos.
• Check measurements, maintain BOQ quantities, and verify billing items.
• Plan manpower and ensure timely completion of activities.
• Report directly to the Project Manager and attend site review meetings.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
• 25 years of residential construction site experience.
• Freshers with strong practical knowledge may also be considered.
• Tamil speaking is mandatory; basic English communication preferred.
• Must own or be willing to use a two-wheeler for site travel.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, reading structural & architectural drawings, and MS Excel is an advantage.
• Honest, punctual, and willing to work across Chennai site locations.
