Reading construction drawings, tender documents and specifications and executing construction. Management of labour and materials. Construction scheduling and time management. Testing and quality control and submitting reports. Measurement of work and billing in Excel sheets. Communicating in English through letters. Computer and internet skills. Seeking quotations, evaluation and ordering materials. Keeping accounts of labour and material expenses at site. Role & responsibilities
Preferred candidate profile
Diploma or degree in civil engineering with 5 to 15 years experience in managing construction of building projects including finishing works. Knowledge of piling work & testing, electrical, plumbing, tiling. fabrication of doors & windows and painting.
