Site Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure site execution, planning, and supervision according to project requirements.
  
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
  
• Develop and implement effective labor control measures to optimize resource utilization.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall project efficiency.
  
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily reports, logs, and documentation.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-6 years of experience in civil engineering or related field (site execution, planning & supervision).
  
• Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Civil from a recognized institution.
  
• Strong understanding of building construction processes, materials science, and safety protocols.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
