Site Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day construction and interior work at the project site.
• Ensure execution is carried out as per approved architectural, structural, MEP, and interior drawings.
• Read and interpret working drawings, details, sections, and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site workers.
• Check dimensions, levels, alignment, materials, and workmanship at site.
• Monitor quality of civil, masonry, plaster, flooring, false ceiling, painting, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and other interior works.
• Take site measurements and prepare measurement sheets when required.
• Maintain daily site progress reports and update the project team.
• Monitor material deliveries, material usage, and site storage.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors regarding work sequences and deadlines.
• Conduct regular site inspections and report defects or deviations.
• Assist in preparing work estimates, quantity calculations, and contractor bills.
